Machine v. Human Being☪

∞ I think it's the machine and the human because if you didn't have both then you couldn't take the photograph. It is more of the human than the machine because the human has to decide what settings to put it on, the machine doesn't chose that itself. The human sets it how they want it to be, in order for the picture to be original, but without the machine, the picture wouldn't be possible. ∞

Real Photographers☼

∞ I believe that real photographers don't rely on the "Auto" setting because they rely more on their creativity and how they want the photo to look like, not how the camera makes it look like. The photographer may use the "Night Portrait" setting when taking photos at night instead of using "Auto" to make the photograph the way they would like. ∞

The First Photograph✞

∞ For my 12th birthday, my parents got me a digital camera. I can remember it was a red nikon coolpix and I absolutely loved it. I took pictures all the time, most the time of random stuff that caught my eye. When I got to higschool and heard about there being a photography class, immediately I wanted to take it to improve my skills. Now to this day, I can find old, old pictures that I had taken with my first camera, and realize how far I've come. ∞

Photography through my eyes✌

∞ Taking pictures is more than just snapping the lens. Before this year, I never would've known that. I always thought you just took the picture and it was considered photography. With all the stuff I have learned this year I have improved in my photo taking skills and now I am really confident that every picture I take comes out good. ∞
